"Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall."

Jenny Crone is an expert in getting stuck projects up and running.

A human being is formed by personal experiences. After years of working in all kinds of organizations in various roles, I finally discovered where my strengths lied and what my passion was: to get stuck projects running again. An unexpected career has given me the skills to do this.

At the age of 31 I took over the family business (a boiler and appliances factory) from my father, which was totally unplanned. It happened in the mid 1990s, a difficult time. Boilers and condensers were being delivered worldwide, but in those days sales were too low and costs too high. It was up to me to turn this around.

A lot of work had to be done. In order to increase market opportunities foreign markets were being targeted and the company obtained various certification marks, making it possible to deliver to the US: a country that had been the largest sales market for years. In addition tothe production of boilers, assembling equipment for the petrochemical industry became a focus. To that end the company had to be reorganized.

I was able to motivate and inspire the team so that new roads could be taken.

After 14 years I sold my company so that I could use my knowledge and experience in other ways. Fortunately, Crone boilers are still being sold all over the world and are delivered to over 70 countries.
